1 c. chopped onion
6 c. beef broth
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (undrained)
2 c. thinly sliced carrots

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 lb. fresh meat or cheese filled tortellini

In a 5-quart Dutch oven, brown sausage and drain.
