Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

In a medium sized bowl, combine both ground meats until well-mixed.

Add in eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce and mix well.

Meanwhile, heat a saucepan on medium-high heat with about a teaspoon of Olive oil.

Heat up marinara sauce in a separate large pot, such as a 5-quart Dutch oven.

Form meat mixture into golf-ball sized balls and place gently into hot saucepan, watching carefully so as to only brown the outside.

Gently drop the browned meatballs into the simmering marinara sauce, cover and turn heat down to medium-low (about 2 or 3).

Let simmer for 30-60 minutes.
