1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cubed
1 lb. ground round steak
1/4 lb. ground lean pork
1 can (16 oz.) Italian tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) Italian tomato paste
1/2 c. beef stock
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. Italian herb mix or to taste
1 c. mushrooms, sliced

Heat olive oil in deep skillet, add garlic, onion and green pepper.
