1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 peppers vinegar, sliced
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup proscuitto thiny sliced
2 ounces mortadella domestic
2 ounces proscuitto
2 ounces soppressata hot or sweet
4 ounces provolone cheese
