Italian Cookies(Grandma'S Recipe)

   Cream sugar, eggs and vanilla.

   Then add dry ingredients. Shape into loaves with well down the center.

   Roll in seeds and put jam in center of well.

   Bake at 375u00b0 until golden brown.

   Remove from oven, cut in slices and separate.

   Return to oven for 5 minutes.

   Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
