1- 1/2 cup Warm Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 cups All-purpose Flour
3 Tablespoons Shortening, Melted
2 whole Iron Skillets, Large
14 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce Store Bought Or Homemade
12 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese
Optional Pizza Toppings (pick Your Favorite)

Directions: Dissolve yeast in warm water with salt and sugar.

Add 2 cups of flour and beat well.

Add the melted Crisco.

Mix well and then add another cup of flour and knead on a well floured surface.
