1 lb Beef Stew cubes
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp beef bullion granules
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 clove garlic (minced)
2 carrots (medium) - diced
3 potatoes - diced
1 onion (medium) - cut in wedges
3 cup cabbage (chopped)

Brown beef in a heavy skillet, in oil, over medium heat

Add garlic to skillet.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Add water, bullion, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and pepper to skillet.

Simmer for 1 hour.

Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage.

Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Add cabbage to skillet.

Cover, and simmer until cabbage is done.
