Stir mixture, slowly incorporating more flour mixture until a dough is formed. Knead in the bowl briefly until a ball is formed (15 seconds should do it). Divide dough in half and roll into 2 round balls. Place balls on a lightly greased baking sheet. Using a sharp knife, scour an 'X' into the top of each loaf. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until loaves are golden brown. Slice into slices or quarters prior to serving.
