   Brown first 3 ingredients in large skillet.

   Cook spinach using package directions.

   Drain, reserving liquid; add water to make 1 cup.

   Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.

   Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients; spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

   Top with meat sauce.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
