Impossible Vegetable Pie

   Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and shredded cheese.

   Pour into a greased 10-inch square baking dish. Set aside.

   In a blender, combine remaining ingredients.

   Blend 30 seconds on high. Pour evenly over broccoli mixture.

   Bake on upper rack of oven at 400u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
