Impossible Pie

   Put all ingredients into blender and blend 1/2 minute.

   Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan.

   Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup coconut over batter.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until coconut is golden brown.

   Chill overnight or at least several hours before cutting.
