Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Preheat oven to 400.

   Grease a 10 x 1-1/2 inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir Beef and Onion until browned.

   Drain.

   Spread in plate. Top with half of the Cheese.

   Beat Milk, Baking Mix, Eggs, Salt and Pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).

   Pour over Hamburg and Cheese.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   Top with Tomatoes.

    Sprinkle with rest of Cheese.

    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (5 - 8 minutes).

    Cool 5 minutes. 6- 8 servings.
