Icelandic Coconut And Raisin Cakes

   Mix together flour, sugar and coconut.

   Add margarine and eggs.

   Mix well.

   Add cream of tartar and raisins.

   Mix well. Form into balls and roll in coconut.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
