In a Mason jar, add milk, turmeric, lime juice, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and salt. Make sure your jar has a tight fitting lid.

For the ginger, you can grate it but I prefer to use a trick my mom taught me: use a garlic press. So much faster and easier. Add to Mason jar. Screw lid on and shake vigorously 10 times. Put a timer on for 5 minutes and let steep.

Meanwhile, make the honey syrup. Combine honey and hot water in a separate small bowl and stir well. If some of the honey will not melt, add another 1/2 teaspoon hot water.

After the timer goes off, add honey syrup and shake again. Strain latte and add to cups filled with ice. Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon on top.
