Coat 2 (4- x 2 1/2- x 1 1/4-inch) loafpans with cooking spray; set aside.

Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine egg substitute, water, oil, and vanilla, stirring well with a wire whisk. Stir in banana. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Combine powdered sugar, Neufcha@Gtel cheese, and milk, stirring well. Spread evenly over tops of cakes.
