Ingredients: 1 lb. English walnuts; 2 lb. pecans; 1/2 lb. candied cherries; 1/2 lb. candied pineapple; 1 box figs; 1 c. brown sugar; 1 c. melted butter; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. lemon extract; 1 box graham crackers; 1 box dark raisins; 1 box white raisins

1 lb. English walnuts
2 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 box figs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 box graham crackers
1 box dark raisins
1 box white raisins

In a large pan, put your crushed crackers.

Have nuts in small pieces.

Cut candied fruit in pieces also.

Add sugar, butter, lemon extract and cinnamon.

This takes a lot of mixing together by hand.

Juice from the fruit will hold this together.

After mixing well, place in a Bundt cake pan, sprayed with Pam.

Press cake in pan firmly.

Trim top of cake with nuts/fruit.

Put in refrigerator overnight in cake pan, then you can remove from pan onto cake plate.
