Icebox Cookies

   Blend butter and brown sugar until creamy. Mix in egg. Add flour, about a cup at a time to blend it in. Add baking powder, salt and nuts. Take a hand full of the mixture and roll into a roll about the size of a quarter. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. (Can be wrapped in aluminum foil and frozen.) To bake, cut into slices and bake at 375u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes.
