To make the hot fudge sauce, heat cream until almost boiling. Add chocolate, stirring, until smooth. Set aside.

To make the easy chocolate brownies, whisk together eggs, sugar and butter. Add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add flour and milk chocolate. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 15-20 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan then cut into small pieces.
