Combine the dried okara powder and milk in a heatproof bowl, and let okara absorb the milk.

Add butter, and microwave the bowl (a bit less than 20 seconds at 1000w).

Mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

Form into a ball, put on a piece of plastic wrap and roll out to 2 mm thickness.

Dust both sides of the dough with katakuriko.

Cut out in whatever shape you like.

Ideally you want to fill up a 40 x 25 cm baking sheet with the cookies.

Bake in a preheated 360F/180C oven for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 320F/160C and bake for another 10 minutes or so.
