Hungry Man'S Sausage Sandwich

   Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices, cutting to but not through bottom crust. Combine butter, mustard, parsley, garlic and red pepper. Spread on cut sides of alternate bread slices.

   Cut cheese and meat to fit bread slices. Add cheese, meat, tomatoes and sweet peppers to buttered slits.

   Place on baking sheet. Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until crisp and hot (or wrap in foil and grill over medium coals for 20 minutes, turning often).
