Let them sit overnight at room temperature to dry and form into the shape of flowers.", "For the cake:", "Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease two 5-inch cake pans, and line bottoms with parchment paper. Set aside.", "In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.", "In the bowl of a standing mixer with a paddle attachment, mix oil, sugar, eggs and banana until well combined. With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture and mix until just blended. Fold in the chopped pineapple, nuts and coconut.", "Pour the cake batter evenly between the cake pans, smooth the top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and set pans on a rack. Let cakes cool completely.", "For the cream cheese frosting:", "Place cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.", "To assemble the cake, place one cake layer on your serving plate and spread a layer of frosting on top.
