2 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
200 ml Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Dry yeast
100 ml Water (35C)
1/2 tbsp Sugar
200 ml Brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
3 tbsp Peanuts (finely ground)

Combine the dry yeast and sugar into a bowl and mix.

Add salt as well as the sifted flour, knead until the flour has blended in, and gather into a ball.

Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.

Mix all of the ingredients for the filling together.

Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, stretch it out into a circle, place one heaping tablespoon of the filling in the center, and wrap it up.
