Hot Sausage And Eggs

   On medium-high heat in a large skillet, heat up oil.

   While that's heating up then dice up onion.

   Toss into oil.

   Slice the sausage into little bite size pieces and toss them in as well.

   Once the onions are a nice brownish color then add in the jalapeno.

   Allow to cook together for roughly 2 minutes.

   Add eggs to mixture.

   Scramble together.

   Once combination is done, then add clamato juice and salt.

    Allow for mixture to soak up the liquid.

    Warm up tortillas if wanted, and enjoy!
