Hot Dog Scrambler

   Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium heat 10 min.

   or until done, stirring frequently.

   Drain; set aside.

   Wipe skillet with paper towel.

   Return chorizo to skillet.

   Add wieners; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

   Add eggs and tomatoes; cook and stir 3 min.

   or just until eggs are set.

   Top with cheese; cover.

    Cook on low heat 2 min.

    or until cheese is melted.

    Spoon egg mixture down centers of tortillas; top with sauce and cilantro.

    Roll up.
