Hot Cheese Rolls

   Mix cheeses and pecans in mixing bowl (with hands) until thoroughly blended.

   Add Tabasco sauce and mix well.

   Divide in half.

   Roll in hands to form long roll.

   Place on wax paper which is covered with paprika.

   Roll cheese until covered.

   Wrap in same paper and refrigerate.
