Hot Cheese Puffs

   Cut bread slices in thirds toast on one side under broiler

   When bread slices toasted remove from oven and flip over to untoasted side.

   In small mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff.

   Fold remaining ingredients in egg whites until combined, be gentle!

   Spoon mixture on untoasted side of bread slices return to broiler for approximately five minutes.

   Once mixture is puffy and slightly brown it's all done.
