Simmer uncovered, for 10-15 min, or possibly till apples are tender and rosy colored.

Thicken juice left in pan with 1 tsp.

Spoon approximately 1/4 c. of the apple mix into the center of each Thin Thin bread square.

Fold the bread squares, corner to corner, to create triangles and seal the edges with egg white.

Option - make Strudel by rolling up the bread with the apples in the center.

Place the turnovers on a non-stick baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with apple juice concentrate.

Bake in a preheated oven (400 degrees) for 15 min till the bread is crisp and turnovers are slightly puffed.
