Honeydew Melon,Strawberry & Raspberry Vinegarette

   Prepare the melon by cutting into cubes & wash strawberries cutting them the same too,mix altogether in a metal bowl.Now prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the oil,vinegar,raspberries & black pepper into a blender and zap it for 10secs then pour over the fruit in the bowl.spoon into wine glases and serve with a spig of mint.You can add cooked prawns too and hang a shelled one over the side of the wine glass for garnish with a strawberry too.
