1 c. unsalted butter or margarine, chilled
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 c. (1/2 pt.) dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. honey

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant flour and baking powder.

Cut butter into small pieces; add to mixture. Blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add sugar, yolks, sour cream and vanilla; knead into

Cover bowl; refrigerate overnight.

In bowl, combine walnuts and powdered sugar.

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

Divide dough into thirds.

On a lightly floured surface, roll one part to a 13 x 9-inch rectangle. Line bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pan with waxed paper.

Place rolled dough in pan.

Spread 2/3 cup apricot preserves over dough. Sprinkle one cup walnut mixture over apricot.

Drizzle 4 teaspoons honey over walnuts.

Roll 2nd part of dough into 13 x 9-inch.

Place on top of first layer; press gently to smooth. Repeat filling over 2nd layer.

Repeat with 3rd layer of dough and filling.
