Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

   preheat oven to 375F

   lightly coat a 11x7 baking dish with non- stick cooking spray.

   put potatoes in single layer in the prepared dish and top with the onions.

   ins a small bowl combine melted butter ,honey, mustard, salt and pepper.

   drizzle mixture in bowl over the potatoes and onions.

   bake uncovered for 35 min.

   or until tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
