Honey-Mustard Chicken with Couscous and Peas

   Preheat the broiler.

   Lightly spray the broiler pan with cooking spray.

   In a small bowl, stir together the mustard and honey.

   Brush about half the mixture over one side of the chicken.

   Broil the chicken about 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes.

   Turn the chicken over.

   Using a clean brush, brush with the remaining mustard mixture.

   Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the chicken is lightly browned on the outside and no longer pink on the inside.

   Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, stir together the remaining ingredients except the couscous.

    Cook, covered, over medium-high heat until the water comes to a boil.

    Stir in the couscous.

    Remove from the heat.

    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

    Fluff with a fork.

    Serve the chicken over the couscous mixture.
