Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a medium bowl, beat shortening, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in the honey.

   In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, soda, and salt.

   Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

   Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
