3 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 large tomatoes
1 slice fat-free bread
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
nonstick cooking spray
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen rice pilaf

Cut each chicken breast in half; remove skin and any fat.
