Ingredients: 1 lb chicken, cut into small bite size pieces; ¼ cup soy sauce; ¼ cup honey; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; ¼ cup water; ¼ cup pine nuts; 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste; 1 tablespoon sesame seeds; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 cup chopped broccoli; 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms; 1 cup carrot chips; 1 (12 ounce) package whole wheat spaghetti

Servings: persons

1 lb chicken, cut into small bite size pieces
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup water
¼ cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup carrot chips
1 (12 ounce) package whole wheat spaghetti

Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and some garlic powder for an hour or two.
