Honey Celery Seed Dressing

   Mix dry ingredients; add vinegar and honey.

   Heat until sugar dissolves.

   Let cool.

   Add lemon juice and oil very slowly, beating constantly until mixture thickens.

   This dressing becomes very thick when put in refrigerator.
