1
Heat oven to 350 F. Cover 2 large rimmed sheet pans with parchment paper.
-
2
Let the paper hang over the edge of the pan.
-
3
Spray the parchment paper with vegetable oil spray and set pans aside.
-
4
Mix all the ingredients except the honey and BBQ seasoning in a large bowl then spread it out on the sheet pans.
-
5
Start drizzling honey over the mixture, making sure all ingredients are covered.
-
6
It may take more than 1/2 cup.
-
7
Take a spoon and stir everything around to make sure the honey covers all ingredients.
-
8
Spread it out again and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
-
9
Stir slightly and spread it back out, making sure the mixture is in a single layer.
-
10
Bake in the heated oven until honey is slightly bubbling, around 12 minutes.
-
11
When you take it out of the oven stir it around slightly and spread it back out.
-
12
Let it cool.
-
13
We have a problem letting it cool before we dig in.
-
14
When cooled, break apart and place in plastic bags.
-
15
It will be slightly sticky.
-
16
Enjoy.

Note: If you like it spicier you can use Grippo seasoning.
-
18
You can use other ingredients as well, such as pretzels and roasted edamame are good.
