Hominy And Sour Cream

   Drain hominy.

   Place in pan on burner with margarine. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt, simmer.

   Remove from heat and add sour cream and green chilies.

   Pour into casserole.

   Top with grated cheese.

   Cook in oven at 350u00b0 until bubbly.
