Homemade Pure Vanilla Extract

   Split vanilla beans lengthwise to expose the caviar (seeds).

   Drop beans into bottle of vodka.

   Place lid on and give a good shake.

   Place in dry dark place, Like a closet and give it a shake everyday.

   Let infuse for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.

   Best to let sit for six months.

   The longer you let the two infuse, the stronger the flavor/taste will develop.
