Homemade Pizza Sauce

   Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic.

   When you start smelling the aroma of the garlic, add the onion.

   When the onion has become clear, add the canned tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, then season with the 'A' ingredients.

   Variation: This is an oil-free, sugar-free tomato sauce for my mother [Food Remedies] Easy and Healthy Tomato Sauce.

   I combined this sauce, which I had been storing, with some leftover stir-fried eggplants to make a simple tomato and eggplant pasta.
