Homemade Noodles

   Put all of the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer or your bread machine on the dough setting.

   Knead the dough until it is holding together well.

   Flour your counter and put dough ball on top.

   Cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let this rest at least 10 minutes, but 20 is better.

   Roll out with a floured rolling-pin and cut into your desired noodle thickness with a pizza cutter.

   Add to soup or boil for 10-15 minutes before adding to casseroles.

   Freezes well.
