Homemade Larabar- Cashew Cookie Flavor

   Using a food processor, chop the cashews, and place in a small bowl.

   Then, put the dates into the food processor, and process until they come together and form a ball of date paste.

   Combine the date paste, cashews, and pinch of sea salt and mash together with your hands.

   Using a sheet of plastic wrap, place 1/4 of the mixture into the wrap and shape into a bar.

   Repeat with remaining mixture using additional sheets of plastic wrap.

   Refrigerate if desired, but not necessary.
