Homemade Ice Cream - Vanilla

   Mix sugar, eggs, milk, whipping cream and dash of salt.

   Warm on stove or microwave until lukewarm.

   Remove and add dissolved junket tablets to mixture.

   Add vanilla.

   Place in freezer and let stand about 15 minutes.

   Then freeze with ice and salt until frozen.

   If you are making any flavor other than vanilla, adjust sugar.

   I add fruit after mixture has been heated but before freezing.
