Finish filling bowl with regular lowfat milk and stir well.

Pour into freezer can and finish filling can with regular lowfat milk being sure to leave about 2 inches at the top to allow for expansion.

Using 1 1/2 gallon electric freezer, I use about 3/4 carton Morton table salt and plenty of ice.

Later pour off the water and pack with more salt and ice.
