Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a bread hook. Knead the dough on medium speed (4 on a KitchenAid mixer) for 10 minutes, or until the dough is very smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into six equal pieces and round them into balls. Place your middle and index finger in the middle of the ball and spin just to create a hole.
