Homemade Alfredo Sauce

   Add minced garlic to Olive oil and heat until garlic is very soft.

   Add cream cheese and mozzarella to Olive oil. Heat just until cheeses melt.

   Mix flour and nutmeg with milk. Add to melted chesses. Whisk until smooth.Cook, whisking often, until thickend.

   I use my Magic Bullet to mince my garlic in my oil before heating and to mix my flour and milk. Cooking time is about 10 minutes in the microwave.
