Hollandaise Sauce Easily Made in a Microwave

   Melt the butter in the microwave.

   This takes about 40 seconds at 500 W in my microwave.

   While you wait, combine the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and mix lightly.

   Add Step 1's melted butter and mix well.

   Heat uncovered in the microwave for 20~30 seconds.

   Remove from the microwave and mix really well until it becomes the same consistency as mayonnaise and it's done.

   You can use it on Eggs Benedict or on warm vegetables.
