Holiday Yammy Yams

   Drain yams in a colander.

   Then mash the yams smooth.

   Press yam mixture around one marshmellow, then roll in graham cracker crumbs - forming a ball.

   Place balls in a buttered dish.

   Heat at 200 degrees (90 C.) for 15 minutes or until marshmellow starts to burst.

   Serve hot.
