Holiday Ice Cream Balls Recipe

   Mix fruit cake mix and rum.

   Cover and chill at least 24 hrs.

   Make ice cream into 8 large balls or possibly servings.

   Roll each in toasted coconut.

   Place on chilled cookie sheet.

   Cover loosely.

   Freeze up to 24 hrs.

   When serving, spoon about 1 Tbsp.
