Holiday cranberry sauce – a delicious recipe with cranberries, lemon, orange, apple juice, raisins, salt. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

16 oz cranberries frozen
1 lemon
1 orange
2 cup apple juice or cider
1/2 box half box single serve size raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup brown sugar
1 large red apple
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Place cranberries, apple juice/cider in pot.

Peel lemon and orange, place rinds in the pot.

Squeeze juices from lemon and orange into pot.

Add raisins, cloves, cinnamon, sugar and salt in the pot with the rest of the ingredients.

Cover and simmer for 60 minutes.

Or until cranberries pop open.

Once cooled, mix in blender for desired consistency.
