Hole-In-The-Middle

   Spray electric skillet (or skillet) with nonstick cooking spray.

   Preheat to 325u00b0 to 350u00b0.

   Using a glass, make a round hole in the bread slices.

   Lightly spread each circle of bread on both sides with margarine.

   Place cut out bread in skillet and place 1 to 2 teaspoons margarine in each hole.

   When melted, break an egg in each hole.

   Place bread circles in skillet.

   Fry eggs as you like them, turning once.

   Turn bread circles once to brown on the other side.

    Serve immediately.
